Alette Jewelry ONLY offers free shipping for all Hong Kong and Macau orders.

Lost Package
If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@alettejewelry.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, we will replace your order free of charge. Your satisfaction is our commitment. Please note that Alette Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the courier.
